Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the D613 Pay WordPress plugins and the D613 Pay Auto-Verify service, both operated by D613 Labs ("we", "us"). By installing the plugin or creating an Auto-Verify account you agree to them.

1. What D613 Pay is

The free plugin ("D613 Pay – Zelle, Venmo, PayPal & Cash App Payments for WooCommerce") adds Zelle, Venmo, PayPal and Cash App as WooCommerce payment methods, shows your customers a pay page with your own payment details, and lets you confirm each payment by hand. It runs entirely on your own website and is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later.

Auto-Verify is an optional paid subscription. It connects to the mailbox where your bank or payment app sends payment-alert emails, reads those alerts, matches them to pending orders in your store by amount and order memo, and asks your store to mark matching orders as paid.

D613 Pay is not a payment processor. We never hold, move, receive or refund money. Payments go directly from your customer to your own Zelle, Venmo, PayPal or Cash App account. Your relationship with those services, and with your bank, is governed by their terms, not ours.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract, and you must own or be authorised to operate the store and mailbox you connect.
• Keep your license key, portal login and mailbox app-passwords confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Give us accurate contact and billing details and keep them current.

3. Plans, trials and billing

• Auto-Verify is sold as a recurring subscription (monthly or annual) in tiers that differ by the number of stores you may connect. Current prices are on the pricing page.
• New subscriptions start with a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. Unless you cancel, the trial converts to a paid subscription and your payment method is charged at the start of each billing period.
• Billing is handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account portal; the service stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further charges are made.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. Price changes apply from your next renewal.
• Taxes may be added where required by law.

4. What you agree to

• You will only connect a mailbox you are entitled to grant us access to, and only for the purpose of confirming payments to your own store.
• You will comply with the terms of Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Cash App and your bank. Some of those services restrict or prohibit commercial use of personal accounts; it is your responsibility to use the right kind of account.
• You will comply with the laws that apply to your business, including consumer-protection, tax and sanctions laws. You will not use D613 Pay for anything illegal.
• You will not resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer or interfere with the Auto-Verify service, probe its security, or use it to send spam or unsolicited mail.
• You remain responsible for your store, your customers, your orders and your fulfilment decisions.

5. How matching works, and its limits

Auto-Verify is designed to be conservative: it only acts when an alert email is verified as genuinely coming from the sender it claims (DKIM/DMARC checks) and the amount and order memo match a pending order exactly. Anything ambiguous is placed in a review queue for you to decide. Your own store re-checks each proposed match before an order status changes.

Even so, automated matching can be wrong or late — for example if your bank changes its email format, your mailbox is unreachable, an alert is delayed, or two orders are for identical amounts and the customer omitted the memo. Auto-Verify is a convenience, not a guarantee of payment. You are responsible for confirming that funds actually arrived in your account before you ship goods or provide services, and for reversing any order status that was set in error.

6. Availability and support

We aim to keep Auto-Verify available continuously but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may suspend the service for maintenance, security or to protect other customers. Support is provided by email at support@d613labs.com on a reasonable-efforts basis.

7. Intellectual property

The free plugin is open-source software under the GPL v2 or later; you may use, modify and redistribute it under that license. The Auto-Verify service, its parsers, models, website and documentation are owned by D613 Labs and licensed to you, not sold, for the term of your subscription. "D613 Pay" and the D613 Pay logo are trademarks of D613 Labs. Zelle, Venmo, PayPal and Cash App are trademarks of their respective owners; D613 Pay is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them or by any bank.

8. Privacy

How we handle data — including what we read from your mailbox and what we keep — is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The plugin and the service are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, that every payment will be detected, or that no order will be marked paid incorrectly.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, D613 Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, goods shipped against payments that were not received, chargebacks, or actions taken by a bank or payment app against your account. Our total liability for any claim relating to the plugin or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose (or US$100 if you paid nothing). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply to the extent permitted.

11. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify D613 Labs against claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your store, your use of the service in breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or of a third party's rights, including the terms of the payment apps you use.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the plugin at any time and cancel Auto-Verify from your portal. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if your payment fails and is not cured, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service (in which case we will give at least 30 days' notice and refund any prepaid, unused portion of your subscription). On termination we disconnect your mailbox and delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email to your account address or by a notice in the portal at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new terms.

14. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which D613 Labs is organised, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be brought in the courts located there. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and D613 Labs about D613 Pay. You may not assign them without our consent; we may assign them to a successor of the business.
