Security & trust

Built to be trusted with money.

Confirming payments is a serious job. D613 Pay is designed so that a mistake — ours, an outage, or a spoofed email — can never mark the wrong order paid.

The core principle

Your money logic never leaves your store.

Our service only reads the alert mailbox you point it at and proposes a confirmation. Your own store independently re-validates every payment — correct gateway, exact amount, valid state — before any order changes. The cloud proposes; your store decides.

  • Bank-alert emails verified against DKIM/DMARC before they count
  • The AI only proposes matches — a human confirms, the store re-checks
  • Idempotent by design — one payment can never confirm two orders
  • Every action audit-logged
Your WooCommerce store
D613 Pay Cloudreads alerts · proposes
Every payment is re-checked on your store before an order moves. A compromised cloud, a parser mistake, or a spoofed email cannot flip a wrong-amount order.
Under the hood

What we do with your data.

Mailbox credentials

Encrypted at rest and never shown again by any screen or API. Use a dedicated alerts-only inbox and we never see personal mail.

Anti-spoofing

An alert only counts if it passes the DKIM/DMARC signature your own mail server stamped — bound to your bank’s real domain, never a look-alike.

No inbound access

We can’t read customers, issue refunds, or change anything but confirm a pending Zelle/Venmo order by exact amount. That’s the entire surface.

Compliance note. Zelle® and Venmo are peer-to-peer rails. Using a personal account as a merchant payment rail can violate their terms and risk account freezes; payments are largely irreversible. D613 Pay ships with guidance to use a Zelle Small Business or Venmo business profile, and a checkout disclaimer for your customers.
