Do I need a special bank or merchant account?
No. If your bank emails you an alert when you receive a Zelle or Venmo payment — and virtually all do — D613 Pay can read it. Use a business Zelle/Venmo profile to stay within their terms; we ship guidance on that.
How long does setup take?
A few minutes: install the free plugin, enter your handle and QR, and you’re accepting payments. To turn on Auto-Verify, connect an alerts mailbox and you’re done.
What does the free version do?
Everything except the automation: a polished Zelle/Venmo checkout, branded pay pages, and a dashboard where you confirm payments manually. A complete product on its own.
Banks & email
My bank isn’t in your list. Will it work?
Yes — that’s the point. Paste two or three of the alert emails your bank sends and our AI builds a parser for your exact format, verifies it against your samples, and turns it on — usually in about a minute.
Which email providers are supported?
Any IMAP mailbox: Gmail, Microsoft 365, Yahoo, Zoho, iCloud, Fastmail, or a mailbox on your own server.
Should I use a dedicated mailbox?
We recommend it — a fresh inbox that only receives your bank/Venmo alerts (forward them there). That way we never touch your personal mail, and matching is cleaner.
Security
Is it safe to let software confirm payments?
It confirms by exact amount + order memo, verifies each email really came from your bank (DKIM/DMARC), and re-checks everything on your own store before touching an order. Anything ambiguous waits in a human-review queue. It never guesses.
What can the service actually do to my store?
Only confirm a pending Zelle/Venmo order by exact amount. It can’t read customers, issue refunds, or change anything else. Your store re-validates every payment.
Where are my mailbox credentials stored?
Encrypted at rest on our server, and never returned by any screen or API. Remove a mailbox and the credential is scrubbed.
